House Builders Whangarei

Welcome to CJ Building Services

 Energy Efficient Homes

Here at CJ Building Services we specialise in the construction of energy efficient and passive homes. Let us help you optimise our unique Northland environment and lifestyle with a CJ Building Services innovative home.

Based in Whangarei, C J Building Services is a small, personal company with a big reputation for friendly professional service and high quality workmanship.

Run by husband and wife team Craig & Jenny Pollard we are modern builders who are innovative and not afraid to embrace change.  If you are after a bespoke build which may be outside of the box for a group housing company then we are the team for you.

Craig has over 22 years experience in the building industry and over the years has completed many innovative builds.  Craig has the flexibility to work with both timber frame construction and concrete (tilt slab, Dincel and Nirvana™ panels).

Why go to a sales rep to have a house built?  With C J Building Services each project has a dedicated team of qualified carpenters and apprentices who see the work through from start to finish.  We can offer a wide range of house plans and build contracts through Certified Builders.

"If you want a builder to manage your house build as if it was his own home then choose Craig Pollard and his team of professionals. From the outset we were included in all key communications.
The building site was always immaculately kept clean. The build flew through Council inspections and final inspections were completed with the project delivered on time and on budget. Our home is a complete standout, when it comes to quality and care and we are understandably very impressed with it.
If you are considering having a new home built or undertaking renovations then we would proudly and whole heartedly recommend Craig and his team."

"Craig and his team got our house built with superb detail in both construction and finish.
